Stuffed Toys
We stayed at Conrad Bahrain in August 2024 and, of course, requested the stuffed toy from the reception. While they didn’t have them available yet, they did show us the prototypes of the upcoming toys, which are amazing—male and female dolls dressed in traditional Bahraini clothing. We took a photo and can’t wait to return when they’re available for guests, which will be soon!
Hotel Review
This is not a typical Conrad property; it has more of a boutique-style, residential feel, mainly designed for long-term stays. However, even if you’re staying for just a few days, you can enjoy the spacious suites, each designed like an apartment with a living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (including a washing machine), and one or more bedrooms, depending on your booking.
Conrad Bahrain, opened in February 2024, is brand new, with modern furnishings and thoughtful home accessories like vases, artwork, and books reflecting Bahraini themes.
The breakfast buffet at Sushisamba wasn’t overly large, but it featured high-quality, carefully selected items, with eggs made to order. The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner, offering Japanese, Peruvian, and Brazilian specialties. Located on the top floor, alongside the rooftop pool and pool bar, the views of the city are stunning.
Café Tomo, located in the main lobby, offers snacks, coffee, and afternoon tea. The Trade Room is a cigar lounge open in the evening, serving quick bites and signature drinks. If you book through Impresario, you can use your $100 hotel credit at any dining outlet, including room service.
The hotel also features a fully equipped fitness center.
