We stayed at Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya in February 2024 for five nights. We were informed that all mascots are only available if you upgrade to the Ceiba Club, a paid executive lounge. On the last day of our stay, we paid for access and were rewarded with a jaguar and turtle mascot. Additionally, we received a traditional beautifully decorated wooden cat.
