Hilton has officially launched its annual summer sale campaign, currently promoting major offers across three key regions: the United States, Canada, and Mexico; Asia Pacific; and the United Kingdom and Ireland. While these regions are highlighted in Hilton’s marketing, a closer look reveals that many hotels across Europe are also participating in the promotion.
In this article, we’ll first take a closer look at the details of the sale available in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico offering travelers up to 25% off stays at participating hotels. The promotional rates apply to bookings made between May 13 and June 30, 2025, for stays taking place from June 3 through September 1, 2025. For certain luxury and resort properties, the stay window extends until January 10, 2026.
The promotion includes discounts of up to 20% off Hilton’s Best Available Rate for Hilton Honors members, with the potential to reach 25% at select properties. Non-members can also participate but may receive a smaller discount. Additionally, select resorts are offering on-property credits of up to $100 per night, depending on the hotel type.
Resort Credits Add Value for Summer Travelers
As part of the summer campaign, Hilton is providing added value in the form of resort or property credits at select hotels. These credits, available only at participating luxury, all-inclusive, and resort properties, vary as follows:
Luxury Hotels (Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, and LXR): $100 credit per night
All-Inclusive Hotels: $100 credit per stay
Approved Resort Hotels: $50 credit per night
Credits are applied to the final bill at checkout and can be used toward eligible incidental expenses such as dining, spa treatments, and other services on-property. They cannot be applied to room rates, taxes, or resort fees and may only be used at designated outlets within the property. Guests are advised to confirm eligible usage areas with their hotel in advance.

Booking Terms and Conditions
The sale is subject to availability and specific booking requirements. Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance and require a minimum two-night stay at most properties. Longer minimum stays are required at select hotels:
Luxury and Fly to Resort Hotels: Minimum of three nights
All-Inclusive Hotels: Minimum of five nights
Bookings under this promotion must be canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled stay to avoid penalties. Extended stay hotels do not permit stays longer than 13 consecutive nights under this promotion. The offer cannot be applied to existing reservations, group bookings, or combined with other discounts or promotions.
Rates are quoted per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy, and exclude taxes, gratuities, and fees. Prices and availability may vary depending on the hotel and travel dates selected. Participating properties are subject to change at Hilton’s discretion without prior notice.
The terms and conditions mention “Fly to Resort Hotels” several times, but unfortunately, they do not specify which hotels fall under this category.
Conclusion
If you’re planning a trip or summer holiday and intend to stay at a Hilton property — or if you’ve already booked a flexible rate — it’s definitely worth checking the current sale rates. In many cases, the discounts or added benefits can lead to real savings, especially when comparing against semi-flex or standard flexible rates.
In our case, we booked a stay at The Boulders, Curio Collection by Hilton in Phoenix, Arizona, and were able to save approximately $50 over two nights compared to the semi-flex rate. The good news is that the sale rate still offers some flexibility, with free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
For our stay at Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts, the pricing comparison was more nuanced. We opted for the “Stay 3, Pay 2” offer under the Hilton for Luxury promotion, which included a $100 hotel credit and a total cost of $782 for three nights. In contrast, the Hilton Summer Sale offered $100 daily credit, but with a higher room rate totaling $1,030. Even when accounting for the extra credit ($300 total), the effective cost under the Hilton for Luxury deal was $682, compared to $730 with the sale — making the former a better value for this specific stay.
For longer stays at all-inclusive or select resort properties, particularly those of five nights or more, the Hilton Summer Sale can offer strong value—provided you’re comfortable with reduced booking flexibility. At select resorts, guests receive a $50 nightly credit, while all-inclusive resorts offer a $100 credit per stay. Although not provided daily in the all-inclusive option, the added resort credit can still enhance your stay and help offset on-property expenses such as dining, activities, or spa treatments.
As always, it’s important to compare available promotions, evaluate cancellation policies, and consider the full value of included credits to determine which offer works best for your travel plans.
