Absolutely ridiculous. Upgrades not available, breakfast at Diamond-Members only against 18 € in the room, water they also left away (due to the current situation… of course). The advertised refrigerator somehow closed. They wanted to send someone up to check it out. We are still waiting for that today. When I'm back in Rotterdam, I'll be staying at the Hilton The Hague, which is just 30 minutes away. After more than 70 Hilton hotels: this was definitely the most unprofessional experience.
