A little bit disappointing for a Waldorf. The rooms are great, but particularly the service and the communication was weak in many points. Not the standard I expect from a high class hotel. Twice a significantly wrong bill in a 3-Michelin-star restaurant? No way! First Waldorf, which we don't rate with 5 Diamonds. In my opinion, a strongly overrated hotel. Additionally: Being on the palm might be cool, but you cannot do anything there.
