The stay at this hotel is an amazing experience. It leaves a lasting impression and is definitely again on our list for our next visit. By far the best hotel we’ve been to up to now. To pay the necessary respect, we have even introduced a new category: 5 Diamonds Superior.

Unfortunately, the building, the rooms and the location are nice, but the experience is missing. The details are getting lost. The information on the screens and behind the QR codes are outdated. The employees always forward tasks instead of getting things done and in the end the task is not getting done. 30 minutes to get your drinks at breakfast in an empty hotel or 26 hours to get a plate and a knife into your room, are way too long. Therefore, despite of the friendliness, the experience is missing and this Waldorf remains below Waldorf standards.
