Requirements and Rules

Here are some important details to keep in mind:

  • Sales Presentation: Guests must attend a 2-hour timeshare sales presentation (or a 1-hour presentation for current HGV owners).

  • Eligibility: This offer is not available if you have an incomplete package requiring a sales presentation or if you attended an HGV sales presentation in the past 12 months.

  • Change Fees: Changing a reservation up to 7 days before arrival costs $19.95. Changes made within 7 days of arrival will incur a fee equal to 1 night’s stay.

  • Loyalty Points and Benefits: Stays at Hilton Grand Vacations properties do not earn Hilton Honors points or count toward elite status. Hilton Honors elite benefits may also be limited at these properties.
