After the much-talked-about Conrad Athens The Ilisian (which we’ve already covered here), the island of Corfu will also get its own Conrad resort. The opening is planned for May 2026 – and while you can’t book a room just yet, it’s definitely one to keep on your radar.
Hilton Goes Island Style
Hilton has been expanding quickly in Greece, and Conrad Corfu feels like the perfect next step. It’s a destination that already has plenty of charm – think turquoise waters, historic villages, and that laid-back island vibe – and now it’ll get a luxury stay to match.
The hotel will sit in the Molos area, about 40 km from Corfu International Airport. That puts you within easy reach of local highlights like the Achilleion Palace and Corfu’s UNESCO-listed old town. Basically, you’ll have both beach life and history at your doorstep.

Conrad Corfu will feature 136 rooms and suites, all designed with a mix of modern style and local touches. Guests can look forward to:

- Meeting and event spaces (around 293 sqm total)
The resort will run seasonally, from May through October – perfect timing for Corfu’s sunny, Mediterranean summer.
